This time, we had four engineers from Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, and Japan take the stage.
Each of them shared their reasons for deciding to work in Japan from their home countries, why they chose LY Corporation, their current job roles and challenges, and advice for students on job hunting.

After the sessions, we held a Networking event.
It was a great opportunity for participants to interact with LY Corporation engineers, and students were eager to ask questions.
Some of the questions I, as a recruiter, received included "Is there visa support?", "Can I apply if I don't speak Japanese?", and "Are there opportunities for employees to connect with each other?".
