Designers

Our designers work across a wide range of products every day, leading projects through the power of design to create better user experiences and achieve “WOW Our Users!”

Our team brings together members with diverse design expertise spanning product, visual, video, spatial design, and more to enhance the value of our products and brands.

Design Style

Our Design Style sets out the fundamental values and principles that guide our actions. Its three values influence one another and form a process for delivering better design experiences to users.

Clear Simplicity

So simple that you don't need a manual, with a smooth user experience - that's what's indispensable for a life platform. The aim is to make our designs minimally burdensome for users to learn how to use.

Perfect Quality

We're uncompromising on safety and quality. We leave no room for misinterpretation in our content and expressions, maintaining a consistent tone throughout. Every little thing counts, and our attention to detail results in the creation of optimal designs that fit users' needs and circumstances.

Fast Feedback

Our design doesn't end with implementation. Based on user feedback, we must strive to continually improve upon our design while finding a balance between speed and quality.

This is a conceptual diagram of the 'Design Experience Triangle.' The text 'Design Experience Triangle' is placed at the center, surrounded by a triangle. At the vertices of the triangle are three icons: a head icon representing ideas at the top, a hexagon and circle icon representing quality at the bottom-left, and circulating arrows representing feedback at the bottom-right. Corresponding to each vertex, the labels 'Clear Simplicity' (top), 'Perfect Quality' (bottom-left), and 'Fast Feedback' (bottom-right) are written. Dotted curved arrows are placed outside the triangle to express a cyclical, mutually influential relationship among the three elements. The overall design is clean and unified with blue lines and text.

Career Development Examples

Designers at LY Corporation take ownership of their careers, building paths that reflect their strengths and aspirations. As advances in AI begin to blur the boundaries between designers and engineers, some team members are also taking on development work through practices such as vibe coding.

These examples are for reference only.

1. Expand Across Disciplines

More designers are leveraging a deep understanding of development to move quickly from design through implementation. Many also expand their primary area of work into roles such as researcher or product owner, who is responsible for strategy and management across the entire product.
