Our designers work across a wide range of products every day, leading projects through the power of design to create better user experiences and achieve “WOW Our Users!”
Our team brings together members with diverse design expertise spanning product, visual, video, spatial design, and more to enhance the value of our products and brands.
Our Design Style sets out the fundamental values and principles that guide our actions. Its three values influence one another and form a process for delivering better design experiences to users.
Clear Simplicity
So simple that you don't need a manual, with a smooth user experience - that's what's indispensable for a life platform. The aim is to make our designs minimally burdensome for users to learn how to use.
Perfect Quality
We're uncompromising on safety and quality. We leave no room for misinterpretation in our content and expressions, maintaining a consistent tone throughout. Every little thing counts, and our attention to detail results in the creation of optimal designs that fit users' needs and circumstances.
Fast Feedback
Our design doesn't end with implementation. Based on user feedback, we must strive to continually improve upon our design while finding a balance between speed and quality.
LY Corporation has several hundred designers who contribute their respective areas of expertise. Our organization combines dedicated teams deeply embedded in individual businesses with cross-company teams that support company-wide quality improvements, knowledge sharing, and the development and operation of design systems. This structure enables high quality and consistent user experiences without slowing the pace of business.
LY Corporation provides an internal AI environment designed to ensure security and quality. By reducing time spent on routine design tasks, we foster a modern design culture where creators can focus on the core thinking and new value creation that only they can provide, such as designing meaningful user experiences and exploring future services.
