From self-directed career moves through our internal job posting system to support for doctoral studies, learning resources, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, we provide an environment where engineers can deepen their expertise and continue taking on new challenges.
To help employees take the lead in shaping their own careers, we run a year-round internal job-posting program offering positions within LY Corporation and its group companies. After a certain period of employment, you can apply for open positions on your own initiative—without requiring your supervisor’s approval—and if you pass the selection process, the transfer will take place. By encouraging new challenges in a different environment, this program supports employee growth.
This is a program to support employees who aim to earn a doctoral degree while continuing their work. We provide an environment where you can experience in practical research and theoretical studies related to big data, capitalizing on LY Corporation's strengths. The program is available to full-time employees with a minimum of two years of service. Those who pass the screening process will receive scholarships (up to 1 million yen per half year) for doctoral programs in science and engineering fields, and are eligible for one day of special paid leave per week. Through this initiative, we strive to promote both employee growth and the advancement of our company's technological capabilities.
