Z Holdings Corporation, LINE Corporation, Yahoo Japan Corporation, Z Entertainment Corporation, and Z Data Corporation have completed the procedures for the Group reorganization as scheduled, and have made a fresh start as LY Corporation (Japanese name: LINEヤフー株式会社 ) as of October 1, 2023.

LY Corporation will accompany the users throughout their daily lives, delivering astonishment and inspiration around the clock under its mission, "Create an amazing life platform that brings WOW! to our users."
