In the Mission & Values Book shared across all employees, we have compiled the vision LY Corporation Group aims to bring to life, along with the behaviors required to embody it. Together, they define the behaviors required to maintain our position as the top choice for users amidst a constantly evolving market and ever-changing user needs.
In October 2023, with the establishment of LY Corporation through the merger of LINE Corporation and Yahoo Japan Corporation, new Mission and Values were formulated.
The Mission was “Create an amazing life platform that brings WOW! to our users.” The Values were “Users Rule,” “Get It Done,” and “Lean & Mean Teams.”
These reflect the core principles long valued by both companies.
