In response to the request for reports, etc., and recommendation received from Japan’s Personal Information Protection Commission (“PPC”) on March 28, 2024, LY Corporation has submitted a report today to the PPC, summarizing the implementation status of measures to prevent recurrence.
We will continue to make corrective actions for the inadequacies in our technical and organizational safety management measures. We will also endeavor to reestablish the trust of all and will make every effort to ensure that our users and relevant parties can utilize our services with confidence and peace of mind.
