The former Yahoo Japan Corporation changed its trade name to "Z Holdings Corporation." The services of the former Yahoo Japan Corporation were succeeded by a new "Yahoo Japan Corporation," a subsidiary of Z Holdings Corporation.

Concluded a tender offer for the common shares of ZOZO, Inc. in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. ZOZO, Inc. became a consolidated subsidiary of Z Holdings Corporation on November 13.

The business integration created the largest internet service provider group in Japan, spanning three essential areas of daily life: information, payments, and communication. The Group now serves more than 300 million users and about 15 million clients nationwide, and employs around 23,000 people.
