Transitioned to a holding company structure via a company split on October 1, 2019.
The former Yahoo Japan Corporation changed its trade name to "Z Holdings Corporation." The services of the former Yahoo Japan Corporation were succeeded by a new "Yahoo Japan Corporation," a subsidiary of Z Holdings Corporation.
