Generative AI enhanced the Yahoo! JAPAN app and LINE
The Yahoo! JAPAN app and LINE were enhanced through the introduction of generative AI. An "AI Assistant" feature was launched in the Yahoo! JAPAN app, allowing users to explore information in greater depth through natural conversations. LINE introduced "LINE AI," a feature that enables users to ask questions and generate images, along with "LINE AI Talk Suggestions," which assists users in drafting replies. Both services became more convenient by making generative AI more accessible to users.
Note: In April 2026, these features were integrated into "Agent i."
