LY Corporation fulfills requests from overseas in accordance with frameworks for international investigation cooperation such as the Act on International Assistance in Investigation and Other Related Matters and mutual legal assistance treaties (MLAT) with specific countries. This includes instances where the Japanese police receive a request via the International Criminal Police Organization (ICPO) or Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs receives a request via an embassy.

Outline of responses

- There were 1,448 seizure requests, and zero disclosures in response to investigation-related inquiries. A total of 39 emergency disclosures were made.
- By crime, property crimes accounted for 42.52% of all requests, with fraud being the most common. Public order and morals crimes accounted for another high percentage at 22.45%, followed by violent crimes at 13.01% and sex crimes at 7.48%.

Outline of responses

- 584 disclosures were made in response to investigation-related inquiries. The overall disclosure rate was 48.5%. There were 273 seizure requests, and 12 emergency disclosures were made.
- By crime, property crimes accounted for 49.49% of all requests, with fraud and theft accounting for the majority. This was followed by crimes related to weapons and dangerous goods at 14.51% and intellectual property crimes at 10.11%.
