We have discovered an issue with the LINE VOOM profile screen where certain information that should not have been displayed was visible under specific conditions. The details of this issue are explained below. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or concern caused. As of now, this issue has been resolved and the information is being displayed correctly.

1. Overview
On the LINE VOOM profile screen, some information that should not have been viewable by blocked users was unintentionally displayed.

Unlike blocking friends on LINE Messenger, LINE VOOM’s block feature hides posts and stories from specific users only on LINE VOOM.

Affected period:
From March 25, 2024 at 11:32 a.m. JST until April 16, 2024 at 11 a.m. JST

Information that was displayed under specific conditions:
- Post count
- Follow info
　- List and number of followed accounts
　- List and number of follower accounts

Conditions under which the issue occurred:
- When a blocked LINE VOOM user accessed the profile screen of the person who blocked them using the iOS version 14.4.0 or 14.4.1 of the LINE app.
- Only when “Show follow info” was turned on in the LINE VOOM settings of the blocking user.

Cause of issue:
- Block info was not referenced in the API
- Block settings between parties were not taken into account when info was displayed

2. Occurrence and response
March 25, 2024: Version 14.4.0 of the iOS LINE app was released, which included this issue.
April 5, 2024: User inquiries regarding this issue were received and an investigation began.
April 12, 2024: The investigation led to the discovery of the issue.
April 16, 2024: The profile screen display program was fixed to address the conditions that caused the issue to occur.
May 30, 2024: This issue was made public.

LINE VOOM個人檔案頁面隱藏的部分資訊，會在特定的條件下顯示（以下稱本問題）。
本公吿將說明本問題相關細節，並對造成的不便及困擾，致上最深的歉意。

截止目前爲止，本問題已修復完畢，資訊已正常顯示。

1. 問題說明
在LINE VOOM個人檔案頁面中錯誤顯示，未能正確按用戶封鎖關係而隱蔽頁面資訊。

LINE VOOM 的封鎖功能僅會隱藏 LINE VOOM 上特定用戶的貼文和限時動態，不影響彼此間LINE的好友關係。

・貼文數
・追蹤資訊
　・追蹤中的帳號貼文數以及追蹤數

・當被封鎖的LINE VOOM用戶，在使用LINE 應用程式 iOS 14.4.0或14.4.1版本，並前往查看個人檔案頁面時
・僅在LINE VOOM設定中開啟「公開追蹤資訊」時會顯示追蹤資訊

〈本問題發生的原因〉
・API未檢查封鎖關係
・顯示資訊時未考量用戶間的封鎖關係

2. 處理進度
2024年3月25日：推出發生本問題的iOS版LINE應用程式14.4.0版本
2024年4月5日：收到用戶聯絡報告本問題，開始進行調查
2024年4月12日：調查結果出爐，發現本問題
2024年4月16日：修正符合本問題發生條件的個人檔案畫面顯示程式
2024年5月30日：公告本問題

ทีมงานได้ตรวจพบข้อผิดพลาด ซึ่งทำให้ข้อมูลบางส่วนที่ไม่ควรเปิดเผยบางส่วนในหน้าโปรไฟล์ของ LINE VOOM ถูกแสดงภายใต้เงื่อนไขเฉพาะ รายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับปัญหานี้ได้ถูกอธิบายไว้ด้านล่าง ทางทีมงานต้องขออภัยเป็นอย่างสูงสำหรับความไม่สะดวกที่เกิดขึ้นในครั้งนี้
ในปัจจุบันปัญหานี้ได้รับการแก้ไขโดยข้อมูลที่ได้รับผลกระทบได้ถูกแสดงผลอย่างถูกต้องแล้ว

1.ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
หน้าโปรไฟล์ LINE VOOM ได้แสดงข้อมูลบางส่วน ซึ่งปกติจะไม่ถูกแสดงเมื่อทำการบล็อคผู้ใช้งานอื่นหรือถูกบล็อคจากผู้ใช้งานอื่น

ทั้งนี้ การบล็อคใน LINE VOOM เป็นฟังก์ชันซ่อนโพสต์หรือสตอรี่ของผู้ใช้งานที่ระบุใน LINE VOOM เท่านั้น แตกต่างจากการบล็อคเพื่อนใน LINE

ช่วงเวลาที่เกิดปัญหา :
25 มีนาคม 2567 11:32 น. - 16 เมษายน 2567 11:00 น. (ตามเวลาในประเทศญี่ปุ่น)

ข้อมูลที่แสดงเมื่ออยู่ภายใต้เงื่อนไขเฉพาะเนื่องจากข้อผิดพลาด :
- จำนวนโพสต์
- ข้อมูลการติดตาม
　- รายชื่อและจำนวนบัญชีที่กำลังติดตาม
　- รายชื่อและจำนวนบัญชีผู้ติดตาม

เงื่อนไขเฉพาะที่ทำให้เกิดปัญหานี้ :
- ผู้ใช้งานที่บล็อคหรือถูกบล็อคบน LINE VOOM ใช้แอป LINE สำหรับ iOS เวอร์ชัน 14.4.0 หรือ 14.4.1 เปิดดูหน้าโปรไฟล์
- ข้อมูลการติดตามจะแสดงเฉพาะเมื่อมีการเปิดใช้งาน "แสดงข้อมูลการติดตาม" (Show follow info) ในการตั้งค่า LINE VOOM เท่านั้น

สาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดปัญหานี้ :
- ข้อมูลการบล็อคไม่ได้ถูกเชื่อมต่อใน API
- การตั้งค่าการบล็อคไม่ถูกนำมาพิจารณาในการแสดงผลข้อมูล

2．ลำดับเหตุการณ์และการดำเนินการ
25 มีนาคม 2567: เปิดให้ดาวน์โหลดแอปพลิเคชัน LINE สำหรับ iOS เวอร์ชัน 14.4.0 ซึ่งพบปัญหานี้
5 เมษายน 2567: ได้รับการติดต่อสอบถามจากผู้ใช้งานเกี่ยวกับปัญหานี้และเริ่มตรวจสอบ
12 เมษายน 2567: ตรวจสอบพบปัญหานี้
16 เมษายน 2567: แก้ไขโปรแกรมแสดงหน้าโปรไฟล์เพื่อจัดการเงื่อนไขเฉพาะที่ทำให้เกิดปัญหานี้
30 พฤษภาคม 2567: ชี้แจงปัญหานี้ต่อสาธารณะ

Kami menemukan permasalahan yang menyebabkan sebagian informasi yang seharusnya tidak ditampilkan di layar profil LINE VOOM menjadi terlihat dalam kondisi tertentu (selanjutnya disebut "isu").

Saat ini isu tersebut telah ditanggulangi dan permasalahan pada tampilan tidak lagi terjadi

*Pihak-pihak yang terkait merujuk kepada pengguna yang memblokir dan diblokir di LINE VOOM.

- Informasi blokir tidak dirujuk di API
- Kaitan blokir antar akun tidak diperhitungkan saat informasi ditampilkan.

25 Maret 2024: aplikasi LINE untuk iOS versi 14.4.0 dengan isu ini dirilis
5 April 2024: pengaduan dari pengguna mengenai isu ini diterima dan penyelidikan dimulai
12 April 2024: Penyelidikan berhasil mendeteksi isu
16 April 2024: Program untuk tampilan layar profil LINE VOOM diperbaiki untuk mengatasi kondisi yang memicu isu
30 April 2024: Isu diumumkan secara publik
