LY Corporation ("LYC") announces that in October 2025, it has received the highest MSCI ESG rating of AAA for the fifth consecutive year.^*1 Additionally, it has been continuously selected as a constituent of the MSCI Nihonkabu ESG Select Leaders Index.

Companies are rated on a seven-point scale ranging from the highest AAA to the lowest CCC, based on industry-specific ESG risks and the company's ability to manage them relative to their industry peers.

LYC has been selected for inclusion in all six ESG indices^*2 for Japanese stocks adopted by Japan's Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF), including the MSCI Nihonkabu ESG Select Leaders Index. In addition, the company has been selected for the fifth consecutive year^*3 as a constituent of the Dow Jones Best-in-Class World Index^*4 and Dow Jones Best-in-Class Asia Pacific Index^*4, which were developed as part of a pioneering series of international sustainability indices.
