By providing a comprehensive and concise summary of the Company’s financial and non-financial information, the Portal Website aims to communicate the Company’s value creation initiatives to a wide range of stakeholders and to serve as a tool for in-depth dialog. The Company will continue to update the content as necessary to provide information that supports investment decisions in a timely manner.

Message from the CEO

The Portal Website features a message from Takeshi Idezawa, President and Representative Director, CEO (Chief Executive Officer). Marking one year since the launch of LY Corporation following the intra-Group reorganization including mergers in October 2023, Idezawa expresses his commitment to strengthening the security and product foundations to pursue new sustainable growth. The message also includes his determination for the Company to continue serving as a needed platform provider, even in a future where society and industries undergo significant changes .

Message from the Corporate Officer in Charge of Sustainability

A messeage from the Corporate Officer in Charge of Sustainability was newly added to the Integrated Report Portal. Shuichi Nishida, Corporate Officer, Senior General Manager of Sustainability Group talks about his belief that as a life platform provider, the Company should continue to pursue a world where all parties benefit.

Following the FY2022 Integrated Report Portal published in October 2023, the FY2023 edition also features an interview article with Usumi, Outside Director (Independent Director), Full-time Audit and Supervisory Committee Member. In addition, this edition also introduces an interview with Yuko Takahashi, Outside Director (Independent Director), Audit and Supervisory Committee Member, who has been newly appointed in the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders held in June 2024. The interview is published in LY Corporation Story, the Company’s owned media.
